The 77j platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement applicable in the Philippines and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly allow minors to register, deposit, or play on the platform, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended and any funds held in that account will be handled in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

You must treat all platform staff, support agents, and other users with respect; abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at any person connected with the platform will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 77j complies with all applicable local laws in the Philippines at all times.

All financial transactions on the 77j platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account wallet in PHP, and all game wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are calculated and settled in PHP. This means you will never encounter unexpected currency conversion charges when depositing or withdrawing through the local payment channels supported by the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of your account and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard verification and processing timelines, which are outlined on the FAQ page. Before processing a withdrawal, 77j may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) to confirm that the destination account belongs to you and that all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. We do not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of 77j. Any deposits made to your 77j account that cannot be matched to a verified payment source may be frozen pending investigation. 77j does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — all deposits must originate from an account or card registered in your own name. In the event that a deposit is later reversed by your payment provider (a chargeback), the equivalent amount will be deducted from your 77j account balance immediately, and any winnings generated using those funds may be voided. Repeated or deliberate chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and referral to the relevant financial authorities.

77j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, violation of the single-account rule, suspected fraud or money laundering, abuse of promotional mechanics, underage gambling, use of prohibited software tools, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be frozen during the review period. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, your account will be reinstated and your funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, 77j may forfeit part or all of the account balance in accordance with the specific violation, particularly where funds are linked to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. You may initiate a dispute by contacting the 77j support team through the channels described on the FAQ page, providing a clear description of the issue and any relevant account or transaction details.

77j will acknowledge your dispute and aim to provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you agree that the matter shall be referred to the competent courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming operators in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of resolving any unresolved disputes. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
